The Laundress was founded by Gwen Whiting and Lindsey Boyd. Gwen and Lindsey specialized in fabric care, the duo met at Cornell University’s Fiber Science, Textile and Apparel Management and Design Program. They both gained experience and specialized knowledge in the fabric, garment and home care industry. The Laundress products grew in popularity and are known to be sophisticated, easy to use, and eco-friendly.
