Shipping + Handling
Tula offers free shipping for orders placed for domestic delivery & shipping by product weight & destination for orders placed outside of the US. Within the continental United States we ship through UPS or USPS. All domestic packages are insured up to $100.
International Taxes and Tariffs are assessed by local customs and are the full responsibility of the customer. Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. Please check with your local customs office if you have questions.
Q: Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
A: Yes, we currently ship orders within the United States and also ship internationally.
Q: When will my order be sent?
A: We guarantee your order will be processed and sent out within three days of receipt of payment. We strive for all orders to be shipped the same day they are placed.
Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Delivery will take an additional five to seven days to reach it’s destination after the product has been sent out depending on the shipping option you chose. Please note that shipping to international locations will take longer, depending on your shipping address and carrier choice.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes, once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email that states a tracking number. With this number you will be able to track your order through the carrier's website.
Q: Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
A: Yes, with credit card authorization and confirmation merchandise will be sent via UPS Ground Services to the indicated P.O. Box address.
Q: Can I do two day shipping?
A: Yes, but if an order ships on a Thursday or Friday, it will not be received until the following Monday or Tuesday unless specifically requested at an additional cost.
Q: Can I pick my order up in store?
A: Yes, there is an option in the checkout to pick your order up in our store, located at 1 Old Town Square Fort Collins Colorado, at no charge.
