Tula ships domestically within the continental United States and internationally to select countries.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information and estimated delivery timing. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During periods of high volume, processing times may vary.
Please note that expedited orders placed on Fridays, weekends or holidays may require additional processing time.
United States Shipping Rates:
UPS Ground — $15
UPS 2-Day Air — $30
UPS Next-Day Air — $45
Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Domestic shipments include insurance coverage up to $100.
Additional shipping insurance may be purchased prior to shipment. If you would like to add supplemental insurance coverage to your order, please contact us at the time your order is placed.
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Tula is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages.
We currently ship to P.O. Boxes for select orders requiring address verification and authorization.
International Shipping Rates:
We offer UPS and DHL international shipping options to select countries. The rates are calculated at checkout by the carrier.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, tariffs, customs fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Tula is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, international duties, taxes, tariffs, or additional carrier fees.
If an international shipment is refused or abandoned due to unpaid duties, taxes, or customs fees, the original shipping charges, return shipping costs, duties, taxes, tariffs, and any associated fees incurred by Tula will be deducted from the customer’s refund.
Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable through Tula. Customers may contact their local customs office directly regarding possible reimbursement of these fees.
