We do not cover the cost of returns, but upon request will send a shipping label via email to ship your item(s) back to us. Once we receive your items back at the store, we will issue issue a refund - minus the cost of the return shipping. 

Returns and exchanges are accepted with the following conditions:

 

• If you request a return label from us, we will deduct the cost from your refund

• Full price merchandise only. All jewelry, formal wear, lingerie and sale items are final sale

• Must be returned within 14 days from date of purchase for a full refund

• Returns must be in original condition at the time of return

**This means the item must be returned in original packaging, must not be worn, altered, or washed, and have all original tags still attached. The product must be shipped back to Tula and there will be a 100% refund.

• Shoes must be returned in original condition with the original box. Boxes must be protected during the shipping process with no labels affixed to the exterior.

• Tula cannot accept responsibility or provide refunds for delayed or lost packages. If you'd like to purchase insured shipping for your items, please contact us before placing your order. By placing your order, you agree to these terms. 

 

Modified Return Policy:

Return restrictions can be placed on accounts that have exceeded our threshold for returns. If you have returned more than $1,000 of merchandise in the last 6 months and you have sent back over 60% of the value of your purchases made in the last 6 months, your account will be subject to a modified return policy and not eligible for free returns. While we will still accept back returns under the modified return policy, we will not provide a free merchandise return label and your returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. You will be required to purchase any return postage needed to return the merchandise to us. Upon receiving back returns, we will refund you 90% of the value paid for the item(s).

When will my return be credited to my charge account?

After we have had the opportunity to inspect returned garments, we will issue a credit to your account for the original purchase price. 

Sales and discounts:

There are no returns or exchanges on sale merchandise.

Item Availability:

We make every effort to ensure accurate inventory is reflected on our site. However, in the event the unforeseen stock outage occurs for your particular garment, you will receive email confirmation within 24 hours and your card will not be charged.

Modify Your Order:

Once you have placed your order, it is not possible to make additions or changes to the order. If you need additional items, please proceed with a separate transaction.
