Return Policy
HOW TO RETURN:
- Make sure your items are eligible for returns (see below criteria). If you have any questions, email customercare@shoptula.com or call the store at 970-482-1953 during normal business hours.
- Package your items securely and safely with their original tags and/or boxes.

Fort Collins, CO 80524 - Once received, a refund will be issued in the form of original payment less any shipping fees. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If we sent you a return label, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
HOW TO EXCHANGE:
Exchanges are treated as new transactions. If you’d like to exchange an item, please follow the steps above to return your item then complete a new purchase for the item(s) you’d like instead.

Returns/exchanges are accepted on full-priced merchandise ONLY

All SALE or OUTLET or DISCOUNTED items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange
- Apothecary/beauty items, such as fragrances and skin care, are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange
- Intimates and lingerie styles are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange

Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund

Items must be returned in original condition in the original packaging with tags attached. Must not be worn, altered or washed

Tula does not cover the cost of shipping for returns or exchanges. Upon request and approval, Tula will send a shipping label via email

Tula cannot accept responsibility or provide refunds for delayed or lost packages. If you'd like to purchase insured shipping for your items, please contact us before placing your order. By placing your order, you agree to these terms.
Modified Return Policy:
Return restrictions can be placed on accounts that have exceeded our threshold for returns. If you have returned more than $1,000 of merchandise in the last 6 months and you have sent back over 60% of the value of your purchases made in the last 6 months, your account will be subject to a modified return policy. While we will still accept back returns under the modified return policy, your returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus the cost of a return shipping label. Upon receiving back returns, we will refund you 80% of the value paid for the item(s).
Please feel free to reach out to a stylist about any sizing or fit advice. We are more than happy to send you measurements, additional photos, or sizing suggestions. Making informed purchases is key to reducing your return rate!
Item Availability:
We make every effort to ensure accurate inventory is reflected on our site. However, in the event the unforeseen stock outage occurs for your particular garment, you will receive email confirmation within 24 hours and your card will not be charged.
Modify Your Order:
Once you have placed your order, it is not possible to make additions or changes to the order. If you need additional items, please proceed with a separate transaction.
