Senior Stylist

What We are Looking For:

We are seeking an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic senior stylist for our sales team. As a stylist, you will work with and inspire an in-store team to drive sales through relationship selling and one-on-one personalized customer service. The ideal candidate has prior experience in retail, is passionate about style, has the ability to cultivate and grow customer relationships, both in store and digitally, and is willing to go the extra mile to create an overall positive experience for our clients. 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Clearly communicate Tula’s values and company philosophy to clients

  • Educate customers on the value of style versus fashion 

  • Build lasting relationships with customers

  • Provide a positive shopping experience to clients

  • Work passionately with a growing team to meet and exceed store sales goals

  • Seek fashion and product knowledge to build your styling expertise 

  • Drive sales through personal client outreach

  • Maintain a clean and organized presentation of the store space at all times

  • Assist with daily store operations such as cleaning, inventory management, online order fulfillment, visual merchandising, etc.

Qualifications: 

  • 3-5 years retail sales experience

  • Visual merchandising experience

  • Self motivated and goal oriented 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast paced environment 

Expectations:

  • Available to work an average of 20 hrs/week including weekends and some holidays

  • Ability to be camera-ready and film content for social media on a daily basis
