Part-Time Stylist

 
What We are Looking For: 

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic part time stylist for our sales team. As a selling stylist, you will work with an in-store sales team to drive store sales through relationship selling and one-on-one personalized customer service. The ideal candidate is passionate about style, has the ability to cultivate and grow customer relationships, both in store and digitally, and is willing to go the extra mile to create the overall best experience for our customers. 


What You’ll Do: 

• Clearly communicate Tula’s values and company philosophy to customers

• Educate customers on the value of style versus fashion 

• Build lasting relationships with customers

• Provide the best shopping experience to our customers

• Work passionately with a growing team to meet and exceed store sales goals

• Seek fashion and product knowledge to build your styling expertise 

• Drive sales through personal client outreach

• Maintain a clean and organized presentation of the store space at all times

• Assist with daily store operations such as cleaning,  inventory management, online order fulfillment, visual merchandising, etc.

Qualifications: 

• Self motivated and goal oriented 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast paced environment 

• Enjoy working in a collaborative, team environment 

• Able to multi-task and assist multiple clients at a time 

• Acts professionally and respectfully at all times 

• Able to bring a positive attitude and engaging energy to the workplace
