What We are Looking For: 

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic part time associate for our e-commerce sales team. As an e-commerce associate, you will work with both in-store and virtual sales teams to drive store sales through assisting with our virtual shopping experience and social media presence. The ideal candidate is passionate about style, has the ability to communicate a clear vision to our customers, both in store and digitally, and is willing to learn new skills. 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Clearly communicate Tula’s values and company philosophy to online customers

  • Work passionately with a growing team to meet and exceed store sales goals

  • Drive sales through a personalized digital shopping experience 

  • Work alongside the team leads to execute marketing objectives, perform creative photoshoots, and assist with personalized marketing campaigns

  • Assist with daily e-commerce tasks such as taking product photos, writing product descriptions, inventory management, performing website analytics, website maintenance, etc. 

Preferred Skills: 

  • Self motivated and goal oriented 

  • Excellent writing and analytical skills

  • Detail oriented & hard worker

  • Self-starter who can work independently 

  • Sense of fashion trends and online market knowledge

  • Excellent time-management skills

  • Able to prioritize workload, troubleshoot problems and offer solutions

  • Experience in Shopify plus

  • Enjoy working in a collaborative, team environment 

  • Acts professionally and respectfully at all times 

  • Able to bring a positive attitude and engaging energy to the workplace
