Return Policy

We accept returns on most full-priced merchandise within 14 days of purchase.

Returns must be in original condition at the time of return.

Jewelry, intimates, beauty/wellness and sale/outlet/discounted items are final sale.

• If you choose to send back sale, outlet or discounted items or items ineligible for return, your two options are: pay for shipping and have the item(s) shipped back to you or forfeit the item(s) with no refund.

Tula does not cover any shipping and handling charges associated with returns.

Shipping Policy

Tula ships domestically within the continental United States and internationally to select countries. 

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Tula is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, tariffs, customs fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

If an international shipment is refused or abandoned due to unpaid duties, taxes, or customs fees, the original shipping charges, return shipping costs, duties, taxes, tariffs, and any associated fees incurred by Tula will be deducted from the customer’s refund.

Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable through Tula. Customers may contact their local customs office directly regarding possible reimbursement of these fees.
