What We are Looking For: 


We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic full-time stylist for our sales team. As a selling stylist, you will work with an in-store sales team to drive store sales through relationship selling and one-on-one personalized customer service. The ideal candidate is passionate about style, has the ability to cultivate and grow customer relationships, both in store and digitally, and is willing to go the extra mile to create the overall best experience for our customers. 


What You’ll Do: 

  • Clearly communicate Tula’s values and company philosophy to customers

  • Educate customers on the value of style versus fashion 

  • Build lasting relationships with clients

  • Provide the best shopping experience to our customers

  • Work passionately with a growing team to meet & exceed store sales goals

  • Seek fashion & product knowledge to build your styling expertise 

  • Drive sales through personal client outreach

  • Maintain a clean & organized presentation of the store space at all times

  • Assist with daily store operations such as cleaning, inventory management, online order fulfillment, visual merchandising, etc.

Each buy is carefully edited to create cohesive collections, with limited quantities to encourage mindful shopping rather than excess. Merchandise is refreshed throughout the season to maintain an inspiring retail experience while helping reduce unnecessary waste.

Fabrics

Natural fibers like wool, cashmere, linen and organic cotton are durable, renewable and biodegradable, making them thoughtful choices for a longer-lasting wardrobe. When synthetics are necessary, recycled polyester can help reduce reliance on raw petroleum-based materials and give existing resources a second life.
