Tula Boutique- SHIPPING POLICY
Tula offers shipping by product weight and destination throughout the US. Within the continental United States we ship through UPS Ground Service. All packages are insured up to $100.
Q: Do you ship outside of the U.S.? A: We currently can only ship orders within the United States.
Q: Can I use a credit card that is associates with an address outside of the U.S.? A: We are only able to accept credit cards from the United States and Canada. At this time we can not ship to Canada.
Q: When will my order be sent? A: We guarantee your order will be processed and sent out within three days of receipt of payment. We strive for all orders to be shipped the same day they are placed.
Q: When will I receive my order? A: Delivery will take an additional five to seven days to reach it’s destination after the product has been sent out. Please note that remote areas may take a bit longer.
Q: Can I track my order? A: Yes, once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email that states a UPS tracking number. With this number you will be able to track your order through the UPS website.
Q: Do you ship to P.O. Boxes? A: Yes, with credit card authorization and confirmation merchandise will be sent via UPS Ground Services to the indicated P.O. Box address.
Q: Can I do two day shipping? A: Yes, but if an order ships on a Thursday or Friday, it will not be received until the following Monday or Tuesday unless specifically requested at an additional cost.
Q: Can I pick my order up in store? A: Yes, there is an option in the checkout to pick your order up in our store, located at 1 Old Town Square Fort Collins Colorado, at no charge.
