Tula offers shipping by product weight and destination throughout the US so you know what to expect before you get to the checkout. Within the United States we ship with UPS Ground Service. All packages are insured up to $100.

Shipping FAQs:

Q: When will my order be sent? 
A: We guarantee your order will be processed and sent out within 5 days of receipt of payment although we strive to ship all orders the same day they are placed when possible.

Q: When will I receive my order? A: Delivery of orders will take an additional 5 -7 days to reach it’s destination after the product has been sent out. Please note that remote areas may take a bit longer.

Q: Can I track my order? A
: Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that states a UPS tracking number to track your order through the UPS website.

Q: Do you ship to P.O. Boxes? A: Yes, with credit card authorization and confirmation merchandise will be sent via UPS Ground Services to the indicated P.O. Box address.

Q: Can I do 2 Day Shipping? A: Yes, but if it ships on a Thursday or Friday, it will not be received until the followiing Monday or Tuesday unless specifcially requested at an additional cost.
