Returns and exchanges are accepted with the following conditions:
• Full price merchandise only
• Must be returned within 14 days from date of purchase
• All shipping and handling charges associated with returns are non-refundable
• Returns must be in original condition at the time of return.
**This means the item must be returned in original packaging, must not be worn, altered, or washed, and have all original tags still attached. The product must be shipped back to Tula and there will be a 100% refund.
• Shoes must be returned in original condition with the original box. Boxes must be protected during the shipping process with no labels affixed to the exterior.
• Tula cannot accept responsibility for lost packages without proof of delivery.

When will my return be credited to my charge account?
After we have had the opportunity to inspect returned garments, we will issue a credit to your account for the original purchase price. Please remember, shipping charges incurred during the return process are not refundable.

However, in the event the unforeseen stock outage occurs for your particular garment, you will receive email confirmation within 24 hours and your card will not be charged.
You can select to have your purchase gift-wrapped, at no additional cost, during check out.
